Woolley Fishing Tool Inc. has been your all-in-one stop for a multitude of downhole operations since 1933. Woolley provides fishing and rental tools, well control equipment, oil country tubulars, new pipe sales, and a full machine facility to fill your custom orders.

Woolley Fishing Tool has been keeping up with the latest innovations in rental and downhole fishing equipment.  With the discovery of the Haynesville and Marcellus shales, we have purchased 10K and 15K wellhead and pressure equipment.  Thru-tubing and coiltubing fishing have also been areas we have concentrated on. Woolley uses its’ legendary experience from conventional washover operations to the latest tools and cutters.

Pipe Renewal Inc. (P.R.I)

P.R.I. is an associate company of Woolley Fishing Tool providing services in Phase IV inspection, hydro-testing, pipe, and pipe reconditioning. These services give Woolley Fishing Tool the industry advantage of meeting the needs of our customers, from T.D. (total depth) to the crown of the derrick.  P.R.I. has the most extensive array of rental tubing located in East Texas.  This keeps us within service distance of Woodbine and Panola fields as well as the Haynesville Shale and others.

Our workstrings include all sizes of ph-G, C.S. hydrill, 8rd T&C, 10rd, I.J.’s, FJ-60 casing liner, W.P. hydrill, etc.
